While, our accommodations are primarily for working professionals, contractors and individuals relocating within the UK. Every occupier completes our verification process before moving in.

No. We believe in clear communication and transparent agreements, so everything is discussed upfront before any commitment is made.

Minor day-to-day maintenance (cosmetics maintenance) is coordinated by us. Larger repairs remain the landlord's responsibility unless otherwise agreed within the management agreement.
